Private Events at Whisk & Flame
Our studio offers a dynamic setting for celebrations of any kind. Whether you are planning a milestone birthday, corporate team building, holiday gathering, bachelorette party, board dinner or fundraising event we design the perfect experience for you.
Private events are $90 per person Thursday through Saturday with a 15-guest minimum, and $80 per person Sunday through Wednesday with a 12-guest minimum. The minimum is also the minimum billed, so if your group ends up smaller the event is still charged at that minimum.
Planning a kids birthday party? Kids birthday parties are not priced per person and do not carry a guest minimum. They run on their own packages starting at $425. See our kids birthday parties.
A 20% gratuity is added to your experience and bar subtotal. Premium menus are quoted at a higher per person rate. We host up to 36 guests in the fully hands on format, and custom pricing is available for larger groups and corporate events.

Pricing and Booking

Cancellation policy
A $200 deposit holds your date and is applied toward your event balance. The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before your event receive a full refund of everything paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. We will do our best to reschedule with 14 or more days notice. Guest substitutions are welcome with advance notice.
